Decaying bricks were removed, and new bricks installed. Mortar joints were cut out and tuck-pointed. Bricks were cleaned, stained and sealed.
An old wood window with brick molding is replaced with an energy efficient Pella brown-clad window and new, painted brick molding. The existing details are preserved.
I designed and built this Shaker style cabinet to fit into a tight opening between two doors.
An ugly old garage gets a complete make-over. New ceiling tile, wainscot paneling, and drywall. A cracked floor is repaired, resurfaced, and finished with epoxy paint. Storage cabinets, a work bench, a tool storage area, and bright colors complete the project.
A fallen tree branch had caused significant structural damage to the roof. Scaffolding was carefully erected, and a protective sheath hung over the power line, before work began. Rafters, roof deck and shingles were replaced. Soffit and fascia were restored to their original condition.
